At Foyez Shop, we want you to stay informed at every step. Use the guide below to track your order quickly and easily. 

How to Track Your Order  
- Order Confirmation Email: Right after purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  
- Tracking Email: When your order ships, we will send a tracking number or link. Click the link or paste the number on the courier’s site to see real-time updates.  
- Track on This Page: Enter your order number and email address on our tracking form to view your latest status anytime.  

Where to Find Your Order Number  
 - Check your order confirmation email (the subject usually contains “Order Confirmation” and your order number).
- If you created an account, you can also find it under My Account › Orders.  

Estimated Delivery Time  
- USA, Canada, UK, European Union (EU),  Australia and New Zealand: 7–10 business days (Standard) or 3–5 business days (Express)  
- Asia and Other Regions: 10–15 business days (Standard) or 5–7 business days (Express)  
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.  

Tracking Status Tips
- Tracking updates usually appear within 12–24 hours after your order has been shipped.
- In rare cases, carrier processing or weekend/holiday delays may slightly slow tracking updates.
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
- If your tracking shows Pre-Shipment or no movement for a short period, this is normal while the carrier processes your parcel.
