Return & Refund Policy – Foyez Shop

1. Eligibility for Returns  
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.  
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.  

2. Non-Returnable Items  
- Gift cards  
- Downloadable software or digital products  
- Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)  

3. Refund Process  
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund.  
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.  

4. Late or Missing Refunds  
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.  
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@foyezshop.com.  

5. Damaged or Defective Items

At Foyez Shop, we take great care to ensure every product is delivered safely and in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below for a quick and fair resolution.

- Contact Us Within 14 Days:
  - Email us at support@foyezshop.com within 14 days of delivery.
  - Include the following details in your email:
    - Order number
    - Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect, including the outer packaging and shipping label
    - An unboxing video if possible 
    - A brief description of the issue

- Verification and Resolution:
  - Once your claim is verified, we will provide one of the following options:
    - A free replacement of the same product, or
    - A full refund to your original payment method
  - Foyez Shop will cover all return shipping costs for approved damaged or defective items.

- Important Notes:
  - Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  - Please keep the original packaging and any included accessories until your claim is resolved.
  - Damage caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification is not covered under this policy.

- Please note: Foyez Shop reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement if the product shows signs of intentional damage, misuse, or tampering after delivery. Any fraudulent claim or attempt to misuse this policy will result in rejection of the request and may lead to account restrictions.

At Foyez Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues quickly and professionally.

6. Return Shipping  
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
