- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Customers who need faster delivery can choose express shipping for an additional cost, ensuring delivery within 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you.
- Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours after dispatch to appear online.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local customs office.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. Foyez Shop has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If applicable, customers are responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery. Refusing to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the local customs authority, for which Foyez Shop will not be liable.
- Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- Order Cancellation & Return Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any cost.
- Once shipped, customers can still return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided the item and packaging are intact and unused.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Undelivered or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure every order reaches you safely. If your package arrives damaged or has not been delivered, please follow the instructions below.
- Damaged packages:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Email: support@foyezshop.com
- Include in your email:
- Order number
- Clear photos and unboxing video showing the damaged item, outer packaging, and shipping label
- A short description of the issue
- After verification, we will offer either a free replacement of the same product or a full refund to your original payment method.
- The return shipping cost for damaged or defective items will be covered by Foyez Shop.
- Undelivered packages:
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Check with household members, neighbors, reception, or your local post office.
- Look around safe-drop areas such as the porch, mailbox, or parcel locker.
- Wait up to 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early.
- If you still have not received your package after 24 hours, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to locate or replace your parcel.
- Once the courier confirms the parcel was lost or undelivered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
- Important notes:
- Claims submitted after the time limits above may not qualify for replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Keep the original packaging and any unboxing video until the claim is resolved to help us process it quickly.
