4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
All shipping and delivery timelines follow our Shipping Policy.
Standard Delivery: USA/Canada/UK/European Union (EU)/Australia/New Zealand – 7–10 business days
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days
Asia & Other Regions – 10–15 (Standard), 5–7 (Express)

5. Returns & Refunds
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every return request.
- Non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, personal or health-care items (for hygiene reasons), and any item marked as Final Sale.
- Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may still return the product within 14 days after delivery, following this policy.
- Right to inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, Foyez Shop may reject the return or issue a partial refund.
- Refund process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Fees and deductions: Shipping costs, customs duties, and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Abuse and final decision: Foyez Shop may decline returns or refunds showing signs of misuse, fraud, or policy abuse. Our decision on refund eligibility and amount will be final.
- Policy precedence: If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Service and other policies, these Terms of Service will prevail.
- Legal remedies: Foyez Shop may take appropriate legal action for any policy violation, fraudulent claim, or misuse of services.

- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@foyezshop.com.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
